Most issues can be resolved by performing a memory reset on your phone. If you are experiencing a technical issue, please try the following before contacting Tech Support:
• Push and hold the HOME and POWER button until the device powers off and you see the Apple logo (very important to keep holding the two buttons until you see the logo). Once you see the Apple logo, release the two buttons and wait for the device to boot (will take a couple of minutes to do so).
How do I know what OS version I’m using on my iPhone/iPod? Go into SETTINGS / GENERAL / ABOUT. Look at the line VERSION at the bottom of the screen.
How do I know what Home Inventory version I’m using? Go into the SETTINGS tab in the Home Inventory app and look at the last item listed.
